Top 5 Reasons Why This is the Perfect Time to Plan Your Tennessee Rafting Trip for Spring
While we might be wrapping up another thrilling season on the rapids of the Ocoee River, we’ll be back again in the spring to offer our popular rafting adventures! This is a fantastic time to make your spring plans as we’ve already opened our online reservations for April, so don’t miss the chance to be one of the first guests on the river next season! Here are the top 5 reasons why this is the perfect time to plan your Tennessee rafting trip for spring:
1. Best Trip Availability
Since our white water rafting trips are so popular, take advantage of early planning for the best trip availability next spring! We only offer trips on the weekends before the summer months and you’ll want to make sure you don’t miss out on the opportunity for a perfect spring weekend in Tennessee! Remember that the early bird gets the worm, so don’t hesitate to book your trip now and avoid the disappointment of your preferred date or time slot filling up!
2. Anticipation is Half the Fun
Another one of the top reasons why this is the perfect time to plan your Tennessee rafting trip is because anticipation is half the fun! Although the chilly winter months may seem to go on forever, this just gives you more time to look forward to your spring adventure on the Ocoee River! There is nothing quite like the excitement of having white water rafting penciled in on your spring calendar, and we guarantee you’ll be counting down the days to your trip!
3. Time to Research Our Trips
Since spring is obviously months away, this gives you plenty of time to research all of our Ocoee River rafting trips to find the perfect one for you! Our most popular excursion is the Middle Ocoee Whitewater Rafting Trip, which features 5 miles of continuous class III and IV whitewater with over 17 major rapids! If you are craving even more adventure, consider our Full River Trip where you’ll spend nearly 7 hours enjoying the rapids, as well as a riverside picnic lunch!
4. Plan an Entire Weekend Away
You have plenty of time to plan your Tennessee rafting trip, so consider planning an entire weekend away in this beautiful part of the country! In addition to our white water rafting trips, you’ll find plenty of other fun things to do in the area such as hiking in the Cherokee National Forest, fishing, and more! If you’re looking for a great place to stay for a night or two, just take a look at the lodging opportunities near our Ocoee River outpost!
5. No Risk in Making Early Reservations
If you are concerned about making your spring reservations months in advance, there is no reason to worry! We offer a fair cancellation policy where you can cancel the Middle Ocoee and Upper Only trips up to 10 days prior to the trip for a full refund, which is applicable to parties of 7 or fewer. If you have group reservations, which applies to parties of 8 or more, all Full River trips and lodging can be canceled up to 21 days prior to the trip for a full refund!
